Cancellation Policy

• 24 hour notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  Appointment Cancellation: If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours prior, a $50 fee will apply. This fee is due prior to re-booking.

• Initial Consultations: A fee may apply for no-shows or late arrivals when rebooking your consultation appointment.

Late Policy

STARTING APRIL 2026

A Late Maintenance Fee will apply to appointments scheduled more than 12 weeks after your last install or maintenance session.

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

• Late appointments could be subject to cancellation.
